Union Co is a place and a community

Our flexibility makes work and family life that little bit simpler for psychologists and allied health professionals.

The Union Co Story

Our co-founders Daniela and Brooke trained together as neuropsychologists and for years their paths kept crossing. Fast forward a while, and one day they met up at a play centre. My, how life changes! Over a noisy coffee, they shared their ideas of work and family and the new patterns that maintained the balance.

From that conversation grew Union Co. A co-working space dedicated to psychologists and allied health practitioners who are managing work and family transitions, or looking for a flock to fly with.

When you have kids, your ideas on work and family shift. For psychologists and allied health practitioners, private practice offers new flexibility and challenges. But getting started, or restarted, takes time, know-how and support. Is it too much to expect you can feel excited about work when you have a young family or are trying something new? We don't think so.
